Being intentional about your use of digital devices is an important aspect of your digital wellbeing, including your ability to focus.  Distraction from devices, apps, and notifications is a major source of anxiety for many students.

Come talk with a counsellor from Student Wellness to explore your values around focus and attention, then work on practical ways to manage your use of digital devices in a healthy way.
