“Opening doors to data” – CRDCN cross-country tour - British Columbia
Join the Canadian Research Data Centre Network (CRDCN) for a half day of free programming, hosted by UVic and UVic Libraries, on Monday, September 15, 9am - 12pm with a 60-minute research-policy nexus session, and a 90-minute research data management training session.
The CRDCN is a premier research and training platform for over 2,500 researchers in the quantitative social and health sciences in Canada, and provides unique access to Statistics Canada data to advance knowledge and inform public policy.

In-person and online participation – While we strongly encourage in-person participation in this event, we can provide online access for those unable to attend in person. The event will take place at the University of Victoria in the Clearihue Building. For in-person participants, we recommend bringing a laptop for the training session.
