Poetry Kitchen In-Person
Join Us for an Evening of Queer Poetry and Food!
Cook up queer joy with us at Poetry Kitchen! This one-day event will invite you to make collage-style poetry and prepare simple dishes while reflecting on community, identity, and comfort.
What We Offer:
🎨 Collage Poetry: Grab some scissors and get creative! Cut up magazines and rearrange words on a new page to make your very own collage poem.
🍏 Queer Kitchen: Taste and create fun and easy dishes. No cooking experience required! Vegetarian and vegan options available. Cooking and dinner will be from 5:15-7:00p.m.
Everyone is Welcome!
As we will be reflecting on queer themes, identities, and cultures, we extend a special invitation to 2SLGBTQIA+ people and allies.
✨All materials provided!
All are welcome to stay for part or whole of the event– make some collage-style poetry, grab some snacks, or eat a wholesome dinner with us.
