Join Us for a Day of Relaxation and Support!

As we wrap up the Fall term, take a break and recharge at the De-Stress Fest! This one-day event is dedicated to promoting your well-being and ensuring you have access to essential academic resources during this time.

What We Offer:

🍏 Healthy Snacks: Enjoy nutritious treats that support your cognitive function and academic performance.

🎨 Stress Relief Activities: Unwind with leisure reading materials, colouring, and origami—perfect for relaxing your mind and easing stress.

📚 Academic Assistance: Need help with citations or references? Our librarians will be available to provide support and guidance.
