Introduction to Zotero In-Person

This introductory workshop is geared towards new or novice Zotero users, with the aim of getting them up and running with this citation management software.  Participants will be able to do the following by the end of this workshop:

  • Download & install Zotero
  • Use the Browser Connecter to capture research from the web
  • Use the Word add-in for citation & bibliography creation
  • Import/add citations to Zotero in a variety of ways
  • Cite sources and create bibliographies in Word & Google Docs
  • Attach Notes to citations in Zotero

** For this in-person session, you will need to bring a laptop to participate, as you will need to download the Zotero software onto your device.**
