Intro to Coding with HTML & CSS In-Person
Are you a UVic student, staff, or faculty member and are interested in getting some exposure to coding? If so this workshop might be for you! This self-paced, hands-on workshop goes through the basics of HTML and CSS to give you a peek behind how websites work. The workshop covers:
- Best practices for coding
- What HTML & CSS files are
- How to add text items in HTML
- Basic HTML format skills
- Adding links to other pages
- Including images on your page
- Basic CSS styling
- Basic CSS formatting
